the small bustling, harbor metropolis of sunhae. it wasn't always the blooming, tourist attraction that it is today. hundreds of years ago it was a small village that relied on the fish reeled in from the sea and bodies of freshwater. if you go to the more rural areas, you might find some of the old inhabitants, or maybe they'll come to find you.

the season in sunhae is autumn. the leaves are turning a wonderful shade of red, and in the air there is a nice crisp breeze. the days are inevitably getting shorter. bundle up!

HISTORY
born to a diplomat and an army staff sergeant in the united states, celeste's life included a lot of travel, even at an early age. this made it hard for her to make friends, but that never stopped her from trying. at first she thought other kids didn't want to be her friend because of how official her family was, little did she know that she scared the other children. you might be asking why? celeste had something off about her, and everyone knew it, for the small child had a set of small angel wings.
the kids avoided her at all costs, despite every attempt that celeste made to become their friend. after about the fourth or fifth time moving, the young witch abandoned all hopes of making any friends in her new environments. she secluded herself, and she did it well. most kids in her class thought she was a freak, not only due to her angel wings, but due to the fact that she almost never spoke. most kids joked about her being a mute on top of being a freak.
at the ripe age of eighteen, and after finally graduating from school, her family moved to sunhae, where her mother and father promised her there would be no more moving. to say that celeste was thrilled would be an understatement. it was around this age where celeste tried asking her mother and father why she was the way she was. she had done so in the past, but they always brushed it off and promised to tell her when she was older. now that "older" had come, she felt it was only fair for her parents to give her some kind of explanation.
her mother admitted that she came from a long line of witches, all of which in the recent years had gotten their wings cut off to keep them from being able to tap into their extraordinary power. thankfully, her mother had held onto old family spell books, which held more knowledge that celeste knew what to do with. ever since then celeste has been practicing white magic, and with each passing year she gets more more absorbed in the world of magic, and less and less involved with humans that treated her so poorly at such a young age.
